San Francisco is Completely Whacked

A friend sent me a link to photos from a January 2006 pro-life march in San Francisco, which shows, along with the accompanying photos and videos, the rabid nature of San Francisco’s pro-choice people. It was so bad, that the police were out in the hundreds to protect the pro-life crowd from attacks - and to keep the march going while pro-choice protesters made three not-so-valiant attempts to block it.

I’ve been to some pro-life events in my time, but I’ve never seen a hyper-response like what the pro-choice people here did to try and purposely disrupt the parade. The writer of the photo journal ends the story a bit humorously by doing a simple comparison of the women involved and determines that the pro-life crowd has “cuter” (i.e more cute) women than the pro-choice crowd. The photos certainly seem to back up that evidence. The pro-life ladies definitely win his “Battle of the Babes” contest. Kind of strange, but it makes its own point: hating children just seems to make some women really ugly.

My favorite photos are of the anarchists. I’ve dealt with those types many times. They are the most confused of anyone. They come to show support for the pro-choice crowd and can’t seem to comprehend the irony that the Supreme Court (a government institution created by the Constitution) is what gave the pro-choice crowd the “right” to kill their own offspring. Nor can they tolerate the idea that one day abortion will be illegal again, most likely via a Constitutional amendment, or some kind of patchwork of state laws similar to the anti-slavery states before the Civil War. These are all forms of government at work, but the anarchists represent the exact opposite of unified, progressive law-making. They are always a hoot and most of them, being potheads, haven’t the intellect to carry on a conversation for more than five minutes without resorting to circular reasoning and ad hominem attacks. In San Francisco, it is apparently allowable for demonstrators to wear masks (which is against the law in Florida and other states). Who wore the most masks to disguise their identities? The anarchists! Such brave and fearless men, eh? Oddly, while the pro-choice crowd put up signs equating the Christian Right with the Taliban, the only ones actually dressed like the Taliban were the anarchists and company. Funny photos. My favorite one is “Anarchists on the Beach”. Something very artistic and ironic in that photo, but I just can’t quite put my finger on it. I’d love to get it printed out and framed and put it in my office. Every time I looked at it, I would just smile slightly, but not know exactly why. Sort of one of those feel-good type of pictures - like “Dogs Playing Poker“.

There’s a number of other interesting photos. If you’ve never been to a march or protest, this is about as crazy as it gets (outside of full-scale riots), so take a look at the photos. I’m not terribly surprised at why our modern day “Sodom” (San Francisco) has become such a pit of lowlifes and family haters. It reminds me of that famous line by Ben Kenobi in Star Wars when he warns Luke Skywalker about Mos Eisley Spaceport: “You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villany”. Apparently, old Ben wasn’t counting San Francisco or didn’t know his Earth history.

It was one of the most beautiful cities in our nation (and still is in many parts), but these thugs are doing their best to turn it into their own private hellhole. Kind of like that movie “Escape from New York” in which Manhattan is just walled up and turned into a maximum-security prison where they dump all of society’s criminals and rejects. Can we wall up San Francisco? It might be a better use of that border fence money than trying to keep Mexicans out of our country. At least most Mexicans are hard-working, pro-family, and usually believe in God. I’ll take them over ugly child-hating women, anarchist dorks, and the goofball guys that hang out with both.

When the Wicked Seize a CityI read a book many years ago called “When the Wicked Seize a City” by a pastor, Chuck McIlhenny, who had a church out in San Francisco. He chronicles the incursion of militant homosexuals into the city during the late 70’s and 80’s and how his church was firebombed (for his stand against homosexuality). The extremist behavior and intolerance from the left might surprise some folks who believe that extremist behavior and intolerance is the hallmark of the right-wing side. Not surprisingly, a lot of what McIlhenny talks about in his book is demonstrated in the absolutist ‘theocracy’ of pro-choice zealots in the pictures I referred to earlier. They aren’t just defending their right to have an abortion - they want to have all children killed, the idea of “family” destroyed, and don’t want anyone even mentioning to them that there is a different school of thought than theirs. One of their signs kind of sums up their whole point of view: “Human loss of life is necessary”. By which, they mean necessary for them to keep living their life. They aren’t volunteering the loss of their own lives - just those of defenseless children. Real model citizens, eh?

Lawrence, Great article, it really exposes this movements true nature.
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption. Galatians 6:7-8. It shows these people are reaping what they are sowing. It’s interesting you can see the stark difference in the woman, there is a purity coming from the pro lifers that you don’t see in the pro choice woman.

I think we are coming into the end times and it’s unfortunate but it’s only going to get a lot worse, worse for those who turn their back on God and his commandments. It’s written in Daniel that he was sick for days when it was revealed to him what the end days will look like. I feel sick from what is taking place in our cities.

Although I don’t want to dwell on it, it’s a good reminder that we need to hold fast to the confession of our faith without wavering, and not grow weary in doing the good, lest we fall, so that I can be found in Christ and be preserved from this perverse world.
